You can use the voucher to get expert's advice on how to best use your online presence
Some of your grant can be used for online advertising like Google Ads or Facebook Ads
For subscribing to online retail platforms like Shopify, premium plugins for your site or any software that is directly related to your online selling.
A percentage of your grant can be used for photography or videography
Once you have been in business for at least 6 months you'll likely be deemed eligible to apply.
Your website is outdated, not fit for purpose, doesn't allow people to buy products or book services, or is not working properly
You may be eligible to apply even if you employ more than 10 staff, once the amount of hours worked adds up to less than it would be for 10 full-time staff.
It's required that your annual turnover is less than €2,000,000
Currently all done online through your Local Enterprises' website. Find yours here. You can attend the Trading Online Voucher training session through any Local Enterprise Office. There are regular sessions at the Dublin City and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown LEOs.
On the training call you will be shown how to register your attendance on your local enterprise office’s site. This is key for your application
You have to get quotes from 3 different suppliers for the work. You need these when submitting your application
Answer all the questions on the online application page. Submit your application
If you are accepted to receive the grant you will be given 4 months to get the work done.
Once the project is complete, submit your receipts and drawdown apppliaction to your LEO. Then you should receive your grant soon after
